At Colonial Health and Rehab, our skilled nursing facility has been recognized for our commitment and specialized ability to care for wound and skin complaints. We have a wound care certified nurse available every day of the week and a process established for continuous quality improvement. Our board-certified physicians and specialty trained nurse practitioners are available 24 hours a day to ensure each resident receives specialized, individual care and attention.
