Colonial Health and Rehab offers skilled nursing, senior rehabilitation care, a 30-bed skilled designated unit and long-term care neighborhoods. Not to mention, our nursing home provides expert occupational, speech and physical therapists to help residents reach a higher level of emotional and physical wellness.
