The CDC has announced that vaccinated individuals are allowed to gather in groups without masks. Saber Healthcare is excited to begin allowing group activities with vaccinated residents following this new guidance.
If your loved one has not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine, we encourage you to consider getting them vaccinated so that they can participate in these opportunities. We consider vaccinated individuals those who received 2 doses of a vaccine and are 14 days past receiving the second dose. For vaccines that require 1 dose, a resident will be considered vaccinated after 14 days of receiving the vaccine.
Our facilities will still follow all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19. We will also still require masks for our staff members and visitors. If you have any questions about your county’s guidance, reach out to your local health department.
