Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove is proud to announce that we have earned a CMS 5-star facility rating, which is the highest rating a facility can earn from Medicare.gov.

To celebrate this amazing accomplishment, we are hosting a Dine & Dash dinner on Monday, November 19th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Attendees will receive a free dinner for two, catered by Middle of the Island. On top of that, you will also be able to take a complimentary tour of the facility to learn more about the services that we provide.
