Tuition Assistance & Discounts

The Student Success Program was launched in 2021, offering tuition assistance to qualified affiliated employees who wish to pursue their career in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or Healthcare Administration.

Community Partnerships

The affiliated communities have partnered with several schools to offer their employees (spouses & dependents included with silver/gold/platinum partners) an opportunity to further their education and earn a degree with tuition discounts. Some of those schools offer virtual programs to help give flexibility in your education. These partners include:

• Platinum Partners: Bryant & Stratton College*, Rasmussen University

• Gold Partners: South University*, American Military University, American Public University

• Silver Partners: Ashland University*, HONDROS College of Nursing, University of Cincinnati-Online*, University of St. Augustine

• Bronze Partners: ECPI University, Indiana Wesleyan University, Baldwin Wallace University, Louisiana State University

Loan and Forgiveness Program

Qualified affiliated employees can apply to participate in The Loan and Forgiveness Program where the cost of tuition/fees is loaned and paid directly to their school. Upon graduation, the employee’s loan is forgiven as they work an agreed amount of time in their community. They are also paired with a mentor from their community who provides support while in school. This model allows those who would otherwise be unable to attend school the financial and mentorship support needed to be successful while working and attending college.

Tuition Reimbursement 

The affiliated employees interested in pursuing professional growth opportunities can apply to receive approval for tuition reimbursement from their local affiliated community administration. 

Professional Achievement Grant

An education alliance with Community Partners combined with the tuition reimbursement program offers qualified employees the opportunity to save up to 100% on tuition for approved RN to BSN and Master of Science in Nursing programs.
