The Virtual Dementia Tour with Crossroads Hospice

We are proud to partner with Crossroads Hospice to present an afternoon of understanding Dementia and Alzheimer's.
On Thursday, December 19 from 12-3 p.m., Crossroads Hospice will host their virtual dementia tour to provide a first-hand look at what our loved ones' daily experience is like.
Lunch will be provided and we hope to see everyone there!
