New Fredericksburg facility set to open by end of year

Local officials joined executives from Saber Healthcare Group and its nearby Falls Run Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to break ground on Saber’s new healthcare facility, Berea Health & Rehabilitation Center, in Fredericksburg.

The center, which will be located off of Route 17 not far from I-95, will offer 90 beds for patients seeking skilled nursing services. It is scheduled to open later this year and will offer a comprehensive suite of services, including on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy; inpatient Home HemoDialysis for ESRD and Chronic Kidney Disease.

“Saber Healthcare is excited to be a partner of the Fredericksburg community,’’ said Mike Demagall, Saber’s Vice President of Population Health and Business Development. “It really is a great opportunity and time for us to reinvest in the community.”
