In 2020 Hampton Health and Rehab joined the Saber family. Hampton Health and Rehab is located in the scenic area of Hampton VA, which is right on the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. Our health and rehabilitation center is graced with miles of shoreline and breathtaking water views. Plus, we’re located near the Peninsula Town Center, which includes premier shopping, dining and entertainment for visiting friends and family. Our quality nursing home offers skilled nursing, skilled rehabilitation, physical, occupational and speech therapy in a park-like, open landscape setting.
