Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center is located in a countryside setting near beautiful Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania, at State Route 3011 and the Lake Ariel Highway. A large part of our senior care services involve creating a healing environment and promoting meaningful connections. Our ranch-style community was built in 1981 and features large windows in each room so that senior residents can enjoy the scenic view and variety of birds that are attracted to our many feeders. We also have two resident cats: Cleo and Chloe.

Julia Ribaudo offers short-term skilled nursing care, long-term care, hospice care, senior respite care and senior rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists strive to help our patients meet their highest physical and mental potential. Every member of our staff is carefully chosen for their caring, compassionate attitude and healthcare expertise. From senior rehabilitation to hospice care, every staff member is committed to enhancing the lives of every patient.
